10 Configuration Upgrades
The standard machine handles 80% of workloads out of the crate. Upgrades unlock specific workflows. Pick by what you cut.
1. Rotary Axis
For cylindrical workpieces: tumblers, bottles, pipes, dowels. Chuck sizes φ80 / φ100 / φ160 mm. Drop-in attachment, swap in 5 min. Fits all CO2 flatbeds.
2. CCD Vision Camera
For printed material: camera reads printed marks & warps cut path. ±0.1 mm to print. 5MP global-shutter. Single-pos: KD-series. Top-cam: KDC / KDG / KP.
3. Auto-Focus Z-Axis Head
For variable-thickness stock: warped MDF, embroidered patches, pre-formed parts. Z servo 10–15 ms response. -AF model variants + select retrofit.
4. Multi-Head Gantry
For batch production: 2 or 4 cutting heads on shared gantry. Independent focus. 1.8× (2-head) or 3.5× (4-head) throughput. -S2 / -S4 model variants.
5. Galvo + Gantry Hybrid
For detail-heavy work: galvo (2000 mm/s) inside 300×300 mm window + gantry full bed. 3–4× engraving speedup. KC / KDC / KDG series.
6. Honeycomb Cutting Table
For thin / small stock: aluminum honeycomb 10 mm cells. Prevents sag, holds small parts, reduces back-reflection burn. All flatbed models.
7. Blade Knife Table
For thick acrylic / MDF: stainless blades 25 mm apart. Zero back-reflection burn on thick stock (15–25 mm awards / signs). All flatbed models.
8. Roll-to-Roll Feeder
For continuous roll material: up to 1,800 mm wide rolls. Index accuracy ±0.5 mm. Paired with vision for printed rolls. KP / -SY / KSDT variants.
9. 3D 5-Axis Head
For curved 3D workpieces: 5 independent axes cut at any angle into contoured / dome shapes. STEP / IGES / STL import. KA5-080602 model only.
10. Hot Iron Head
For synthetic fabric: 200–400 °C heated tip melts & cuts plush, felt, foam, non-woven. No chiller. Edge-seals fabric. KSDT / K1810-S4-H variants.
