The drawers of the table assembly slide are automatic silent rebound (push-bounce) type three-section drawer slides. The drawer will pop up automatically when you press it, which is easy to place and collect the cutting and engraving objects; the worktable adopts detachable design, which is easy to clean up the dust and debris.
The laser tube adopts the internal folding design, easy to replace the laser tube without folding and dismantling the machine cover, using the laser head auto-focus, the whole device is used in the mute heat dissipation so that the dryness of the sound in the 60 decibels or less, smoke filtration using dust filtration → activated carbon filtration → UV ultraviolet treatment → ozone decomposition treatment, thereby reducing or reducing the emission of dust and hazardous gases. Can the K-5030A Cut Women's Shoe Upper Parts?
Yes, when the shoe upper material is laser-compatible and the largest pattern piece fits within the 500 × 300 mm working area. The K-5030A is best positioned for women’s shoe upper samples, prototypes, decorative cutouts and low-volume leather or fabric parts. It is not the right choice for continuous high-volume roll production. Send the material, thickness, largest piece dimensions and daily pair target for sample testing. A first-time laser cutter operator reaches full productivity on the K-5030A in 2-3 days with the included video tutorials. KASU’s control software (Windows 7-11) is a simplified subset of the larger-machine software â designed for hobby / craft users who may not have CAD background. Imports SVG, AI, DXF directly; raster engraving from JPG/PNG works out of the box.
Does the K-5030A include a fume extractor, and what room ventilation is required?
The base K-5030A ships with a built-in low-flow exhaust fan and standard 100 mm exhaust hose. For most light materials (paper, thin acrylic, MDF), this is sufficient when vented out a window. For heavier MDF or leather cutting in confined spaces, KASU offers an optional desktop activated-carbon filter that recirculates clean air inside the workshop. Sound level is ~55-60 dB at 1 m â quieter than a vacuum cleaner.
