The K1810-S4 is purpose-built for soft sheet goods on a roll: plain woven fabric, digital-printed garment fabric, embroidered fabric, PU leather, non-woven, and similar lightweight textiles. The 80W CO2 glass tube on each of the four heads gives clean, sealed edges on fabrics up to ~3 mm thick without scorching or fraying. It is not designed for metal, thick acrylic, or rigid sheet stock — for those workloads we recommend KASU’s fiber series instead.
The four heads share one gantry and cut the same pattern in parallel, so on patterned production runs (logos, repeating templates, garment pieces) the K1810-S4 delivers roughly 4× the throughput of an equivalent single-head 1800×1000 mm cutter at the same per-head speed (<1000 mm/s). For one-off prototyping or non-repeating layouts the benefit is smaller — the machine pays for itself fastest in high-volume repeat production.
The cutting bed is 1800 mm × 1000 mm. The integrated chain conveyor belt auto-feeds rolled fabric continuously, so the operator’s only job is picking up cut pieces — no manual indexing between cycles. This makes the K1810-S4 well suited to long production runs where labor is the main cost driver. Roll width up to 1800 mm; roll length is limited only by your unwind setup.
